Liturgy

Eucharistic Ministers

Eucharistic Ministers assist the priest with distribution of Holy Communion at weekend and weekday Masses. Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older, a practicing Catholic and approved by the pastor. Training by the Liturgical Training Committee is required.

Ministers to the Sick

Volunteers assist with distribution of Holy Communion to those hospitalized, home bound or in nursing homes. A volunteer must be 18 years of age or older, a practicing Catholic and approved by the pastor. Training by the Liturgical Training Committee is required.

Parish Choir

The parish choir sings regularly at the weekend Masses and other principle liturgies of the church. Cantors are chosen from this group and serve as song leaders. Anyone who loves to sing is encouraged to join the choir.

Altar Servers

Altar Servers assist in the celebration of the Mass and other liturgical celebrations. Training is provided to boys and girls, 3rd grade and older, who wish to participate in the altar server program.

Lectors

Lectors proclaim the Word of God through the readings at Mass. Volunteers must be practicing Catholics and approved by the pastor. Training by the Liturgical Training Committee is required.
