Teacher Bio:

Hello! I’m Amber Althoff, and I’m honored to teach 3rd Grade here at Immaculate Heart of Mary School. Working with third graders is such a joy—especially in this wonderful, faith-filled community!

I have over 10 years of teaching experience and hold a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Arkansas. I’m a certified and licensed teacher in Arkansas, and I’m also trained in three different dyslexia programs. I’m passionate about helping every child discover their strengths, and I’m always learning new ways to grow as an educator.

My husband, Steven, and I have been married for 25 years and live right here in the Marche community, just around the corner from IHM. We have three sons, all graduates of Catholic High School for Boys in Little Rock, who are now pursuing college degrees. I’m also an animal lover and hope to train a therapy dog one day!

Teaching at IHM is truly a blessing. Educating your children is both an honor and a responsibility I cherish every day.
