PK3 is enjoying our new space theme!

Shelly Mecum Hunter graced our 5th grade classroom today. She talked to us about when she first realized that she wanted to be a writer and the work that went into making her dream come true. She shared with us the book she wrote with the children and families of our Lady of Perpetual Help School where she taught. Ms. Hunter presented us with a copy of the book, GOD's Photo Album. It is absolutely wonderful. Thanks for sharing with us!

Last week, 2nd grade completed their 1st science experiment. They made predictions about how many drops of water they could fit on a penny. Then they counted and observed and they dripped water onto the penny. It was more than they expected!!
