
Third grade worked with second grade to attempt the Egg Drop Challenge. Students thought about parachutes to help them come up with ideas for their projects. Many of the eggs did not break!

K and 1st enjoyed the book Bartholomew and the Oobleck by Dr. Seuss and then made our own Oobleck. We explored and described the oobleck using our senses.


As part of Read Across America Week, 2nd and 3rd grade students worked together to experiment with two different Oobleck recipes.

Fifth grade builds models of a carbon atom using marshmallows for the electrons, protons, and neutrons.


After researching hurricane or tornado preparedness, fourth graders create public service announcement posters to promote storm safety.

For PE, kindergarten had fun shaking their teddy bears on the parachute.


Kindergarten had Teddy bear day. We measured our teddy bears and wrote about our teddy bears!


Congratulations to our 5th grade boys team who beat IC in the semifinal round of the Parochial League Tournament. Come cheer them on as they play CTK for the championship, Saturday 10:00am at CHS.

PK4 is having fun while learning about the United States Postal Service.

Kindergarten has been learning about bears! Students made paper mache caves and used them to retell the story Bear Snores On.


PK4 is has been studying money. Our dramatic play center is now a post office complete with cash register. Students will pretend to purchase mailing supplies, pick up mail, write letters, and much more!

Kindergarten has been learning about light, light sources, and shadows. Friday, we brought our flashlights to experiment with shadows and to see which objects light could shine through. Lots of fun!
