
2nd and 3rd grade completed a Halloween STEM project. They worked to build a stand for a pumpkin!

STEMFEST continues - After visiting the LRAFB, fourth and fifth grade students tried their hand at making shoes. The requirements: make a shoe strong as leather - able to walk down the hall and back without falling apart, use only paper, scissors, and 15 inches of tape, complete in 45 a minute time span.

Field trip see a play!





IHM PTO Trunk or Treat was a scary good success! Thank you to everyone who volunteered, decorated trunks, provided treats and enjoyed the festivities!





What a field trip. The fourth and fifth grade classes viewed many different exhibits at Thunder Over The Rock STEMFEST. Over 100 exhibitors were represented. The kids saw robots, drones, and solar powered cars. They built 3-D shapes from marshmallows and toothpicks, flew planes in a simulator, and watched the Thunderbirds in training.

4th and 5th grades had fun at STEM Fest!





Pre-K 3 had fun carving a pumpkin.


2nd graph created sweet graphs! Students made bar graphs to graph the color of the Skittles in their bag.

The Scholastic Book Fair has arrived. Fifth grade students helped their mini angels create a wish list for mom and dad.

2nd grade enjoyed reading fiction and non-fiction books about bats.


Our movie day was so fun! Thank you for all your Karnawal ticket sales that helped us earn this fun day.




Kindergarten loved visiting Heifer Ranch this week.
